Service Satisfaction Guarantee

At Plyxaronkhakeo, we are committed to delivering exceptional space organization services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality of our work.

While our services are not traditional products that can be returned, we offer a satisfaction guarantee to ensure you are happy with the results of our organization solutions.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee that:

  • Services will be completed according to the agreed-upon scope and timeline
  • Our team will handle your belongings with care and professionalism
  • Organization systems will be functional and tailored to your needs
  • You will receive the level of service described in your service agreement

Return Period

Because we provide services rather than goods, there is no product “return” in the traditional sense. You may, however, raise a satisfaction concern or request a refund within 7 days of service completion. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service completion to be considered. After these periods, we may still assist with follow-up or adjustments at our discretion.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or remedial service, the following conditions apply:

  • You contact us within the return/claim period set out above
  • Services were not delivered as agreed in the service contract
  • There was a significant service failure that we have been unable to correct through follow-up
  • You have provided a clear description of the issue and cooperated with our resolution process

We reserve the right to refuse refunds when services were delivered as agreed or when the request does not meet these conditions.

Cost of Return Delivery

Our business provides organization and decluttering services, not physical goods for return. Therefore, return shipping or cost of return delivery does not apply. If we have arranged pickup or delivery of items on your behalf, any costs related to reversing that (e.g. return of items) will be agreed with you in advance.

Return Process

To request a resolution or refund:

  2. Describe the issue and, if possible, provide your service date and any reference number.
  3. We will respond and may ask for additional details or propose a follow-up visit or other remedy.
  4. If we agree to a refund, we will process it using the same method as your original payment, where possible, within a reasonable period (typically within 14 business days of approval).

Non-Returnable Items

Our services are not “returned” like physical products. The following are not eligible for a refund in the same way as unsatisfactory service:

  • Services that were fully performed as agreed and you simply changed your mind
  • Items you asked us to donate, recycle, or dispose of (disposal is final)
  • Any portion of service already used or consumed (e.g. completed sessions in a package)
  • Fees or charges that were clearly disclosed and agreed (e.g. cancellation fees per our Cancellation Policy)

General Legal Requirements

Nothing in this Return Policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer where you are located. If you are in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory refund, cooling-off, or other rights, those rights remain available to you to the extent required by law. This policy describes our voluntary commitments and procedures in addition to any legal obligations.

If You're Not Satisfied

If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to:

  • Understand your concerns and expectations
  • Discuss potential solutions to address the issues
  • Schedule a follow-up session if necessary to make adjustments
  • Find a resolution that meets your satisfaction

Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve our services for all clients.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be provided when:

  • Services were not completed as agreed in the service contract
  • There was a significant service failure that could not be corrected
  • Prepaid services cannot be delivered due to circumstances on our part

Partial or full refunds will be determined based on the specific situation and the extent of services already provided. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service completion.

Refund Procedure

When a refund is approved:

  1. We will confirm the refund amount and method (e.g. original payment method, where possible).
  2. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.
  3. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may appear in 5–10 additional business days.
  4. You will receive a confirmation (e.g. by email) when the refund has been initiated.

If you do not receive the refund within the expected time, contact us with your service details and we will follow up.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled service. Our order cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 48 hours notice: Full refund of any deposits or prepayments
  • 24–48 hours notice: 50% of the session fee will be charged
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Full session fee will be charged

Rescheduling

We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests when possible. There is no fee for rescheduling if requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests with less notice may be subject to fees as outlined in our cancellation policy.

Service Packages

For ongoing service packages or prepaid service bundles:

  • Unused sessions can be transferred to another client with mutual agreement
  • Refunds for unused sessions will be prorated based on the package discount received
  • Service packages are valid for one year from the purchase date
  • Extensions may be granted in special circumstances upon request

Disputes

If you have a concern or dispute regarding our services or this policy, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Most concerns can be resolved through open communication.

If we cannot reach a mutually satisfactory resolution, disputes may be subject to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Use.
